IPL - Kissy is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about all things laser (and probably a lot more). I originally saw her for tattoo removal and now see her for IPL treatments. Her technique if far superior to anyone I've seen before, and she truly cares about your skin and your results. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have a tattoo removed, IPL treatments, micro needling and more.
I had terrible dark spots on my hands, face, neck and chest that made me look MUCH older than I was. Three treatments later, all gone! I’m so grateful to Procerus for excellent, excellent care at a very reasonable price. I only wish I had done it sooner! *
Kathleen is such a sweet woman. I struggle with acne, acne scars, and oily skin. It's been a problem for me since I was very young but Kathleen has gone out of her way to ensure my skin will be looking great before my wedding this summer! I'm confident in the results! DYSPORT - As always the staff at Procerus is professional and knowledgeable. I have seen Jamie twice now for Dysport injections, she makes me feel comfortable and takes her time discussing any concerns I have and sharing her product knowledge. I received the MiraDry procedure in August of 2018, and have not worn any antiperspirant since! Being a medical professional I highly recommend MiraDry to anyone with hyperhidrosis or anyone that wants to avoid using the chemicals in antiperspirants. The staff at Procerus were exceptional! They were warm, caring and they made great efforts to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I highly recommend getting MiraDry at Procerus.

I just had the procedure performed this week by Dr. Gilmore & I had to write concerning my experience. In addition to a great front desk & support staff, Dr. Gilmore did an excellent job in treating me. She ensured that I had no pain and always took it at my pace. Results were outstanding. Men you must come here if your interested in the shot. Dr Gilmore is an MD which is lacking in the other places I contacted. Great facility. Great people!! *

I received an Ultra Shape Power treatment on my stomach about a year ago. I was unable to have the whole series of treatments, but could afford one at the time ..with 2 children in college. It is remarkable. It is not painful and true to their word, after about a month it took that edge off the muffin top I had. I will be seeking more treatments. I really appreciated the sense of care and professionalism of Procerus Skin Care in Ann Arbor, from the very first phone call. I am from the Detroit Metro area and learned about Ultra Shape being in Toronto, Canada and was planning to drive there. I was so happy to find out this advanced technology is available right here in Ann Arbor. Still amazed it is so effective, and plan to get my waist where I want it. I look forward to my next 2 treatments. *

This is the Best Doctor ever she truly cares & wants the best for you she wants you happy with her work & for me it helps when the person telling you what you need has gorgeous skin ( this Dr is a gorgeous natural looking woman not all make up just Fresh beautiful wrinkle free bright flawless skin ) i felt better trusting someone that has the look I desire herself ? but she gave me great options & even told me other issues with my skin like I have rosacea that my dermatologist never even told me so a lot of my issues was the rosacea episodes not being treated properly She began that process as well as why I came to her in the first place I didn’t do a review till I had a bit of time to be honest & not just acting out of excitement but when I was actually happy with her work & the outcome!!! & it’s been months now ( I didn’t mean to take this long ) I can say tryout this Doctor if you don’t have time or money to waste !!!! She’s truly loves what she does & she’s amazing whatever your skin issues happen to be she will have you gorgeous confident and ready to take your life back !!!! This was my first treatment with this provider. I loved the hydrafacial and plan to go back in about 6 weeks. Professional environment and knowledgeable staff. They answered all my questions patiently during the initial consultation and put me at ease.

I had a friend come with me because she was curious about dysport and Botox. Jamie took the time to answer all of her questions and answer my questions. She also talk to me about future stuff that I have been thinking about. I got dysport in two places, it was seamless and painless and it’s been less than 24 hours and I already know I’m going to love the results.

Every time I come in, I'm treated with the utmost care, and everyone takes the time to answer all of your questions, and ensure that you get the most out of your treatment, so your appointment never feels rushed. If you've been on the fence about making an appointment, I encourage you to do so!! I promise you will be so happy you did!! *
Super friendly staff! Also, note that they are located in the 315 Burlington building. If you go in the front doors of the building the suite #8 is located down stairs. Walk down the stairs and turn left and they are at the end of the hallway. *
Both Kisstina & Jamie helped me out, they were super nice, helpful, knowledgable and comforting throughout the whole treatment! The office was able to accommodate my hectic schedule and the treatment took a significantly shorter amount of time than we anticipated.
I wore a grey button-up shirt for the first time in years. I went in for MiraDry at the beginning of December, it was the best decision I've ever made. Super friendly staff, super informative and answered all of my questions fully and honestly. I definitely recommend Procerus for any treatment you need!

I was consulted about what is best for my acne scars with minimal downtime as I work full time.
I was a little nervous about going through with micro-needling but Krista an Aesthetician made me feel extremely comfortable before, during and after my treatment. and I look forward to continuing my treatments at Procerus Skin Care and even more excited for my amazing results to come!!

Dr. Kathleen and her staff are beyond wonderful. Dr. K is the best combination of medical expertise and bedside manner. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and goes out of her way to explain, answer questions, and ensure the client understands and is comfortable and confident with their treatment(s). Her practice is of the highest quality and well worth a visit. I highly recommend her on all fronts. And her staff is extremely professional, communicative / responsive, accommodating, and friendly. I could not be happier or more impressed with the treatment and service at Procerus Skin Care in Ann Arbor Michigan. I had deep pitted acne scarring for 20 years. I had tried everything available to get the scarring to the surface, with no improvement. Dr. Gilmore did a combination of Co2 with PRP, Thread lift, and Bellafill. I already look like a new person, and I expect to see even more improvement over the next few months. I can also speak to her artistry with Botox and Dysport. Oh! and she microneedled my neck to plump, smooth perfection. I wasted a lot of resources on very little improvement over the last 20 years. Dr. Kathleen will only perform procedures that will give you results, and I appreciate that! *
